Margaret Killen Banta Undergraduate Scholarship, with an application deadline in February, offers numerous awards of $2300 each.

Description

The Margaret Killen Banta Undergraduate Scholarship shall be awarded to a collegian member of Alpha Psi-Lawrence University who will pursue an undergraduate degree during the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded. If no members of Alpha Psi apply, the scholarship shall be awarded to a collegian member of a chapter in District 1 who will pursue an undergraduate degree during the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded. Selection is based on the member's service to her chapter, university, and/or community as well as satisfactory scholarship. A recommendation from a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and a recommendation from an academic or professional reference are required.
