Medical, Urban, and Veterinary Entomology (MUVE) Student Recognition Awards, with an application deadline in June, offers numerous awards of $500 each.

Description

This award recognizes MUVE student members who have demonstrated excellence in Medical, Urban, and Veterinary Entomology. The recipient is presented with the award at the ESA Annual Meeting during the MUVE networking business meeting. The nomination package must include a cover letter to the MUVE president, describe briefly your interest in the ESA and MUVE, and your career goals. It must also include the candidate's CV (a CV template is available on the website); a nomination letter from the candidate's academic advisor; one-page research abstract for the thesis or dissertation. All documents should be saved individually as they will be uploaded as separate tasks on the submission site. Please visit the award's website for more information.
