Description

The Mike & Betty Morgan Scholarship may be awarded to Harney County residents or graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates, of Harney County high schools. Applicants must major in an agriculture-related field. They may attend any Title IV eligible college or university in the United States for undergraduate study. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
