Description

The Molecular and Systems Biology Specialty Section (MSBSS) is pleased to request submissions for the MSBSS Undergraduate Student Research Award. Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students at an accredited institution and hold undergraduate affiliate status in SOT by the time of the meeting. Awardees must also attend the undergraduate program on the first day of the SOT Annual Meeting. Trainees with less than one year of post-baccalaureate research experience may also apply. Applications should include a combined single PDF document that includes a copy of the abstract that the applicant has submitted for the upcoming SOT Annual Meeting and a two-page narrative. No letters of recommendation are required. Applications will be judged on their relevance and novelty to molecular or systems toxicology, logic and flow, hypothesis, approach, experimental methods or model, results and discussion of findings.
