Description

This fund was established in honor of Phyllis A. Washington, a long-time Principal and Superintendent at Allen Village School in Kansas City, Missouri. The scholarship was established to provide support to graduating seniors from Allen Village School pursuing a post-secondary education. To qualify for disbursement, the recipient must maintain a 3.0 GPA for the final semester of high school and provide proof of this requirement by submitting a final transcript. The awardee must also provide proof of enrollment and a class schedule for the fall semester.
