PSEG Scholarship for Advancing STEM Majors, with an application deadline in November, offers 6 awards of $2500 each.

Description

PSEG introduced the PSEG Scholarship for Advancing STEM Majors to support exceptional students who share in their commitment to building environmental stewardship and developing meaningful sustainability initiatives. While enhancing the educational and learning opportunities in areas of importance to PSEG, science (environmental), technology, engineering and math, the scholarship contributes to an educated citizenry for New Jersey which supports the economic and cultural development of local communities and neighborhoods. Applicants must be enrolled at any ICUNJ member college or university. They must be seeking a degree in a STEM major, priority will be given to Engineering majors. Applicants must also demonstrate a commitment to the environment. Special consideration will be given to students engaged in global warming and climate change initiatives, conservation and community greening.
