Rhinebeck Community Scholarship, with an application deadline in March, offers numerous awards of $1000 each. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

The Rhinebeck Community Scholarship provides scholarships to graduating high school seniors of the Rhinebeck Central School District. The scholarships will be awarded to individuals who will be students at any accredited college or university in the United States. Eligible students will be considered based on academic achievement, achievements as they reflect ability, personal qualities and characteristics, commitment to school and community, respect for self and others, transcript of grades, appraisal, work experience, school activities, and information provided in the scholarship application. Applicants must submit two current letters of recommendation from teachers or guidance counselors, clergy or persons other than family members who are familiar with the applicant's skills and abilities.
