Description

The Richard L. Townsend Award will be awarded to a University of Tennessee, Knoxville student who is deemed by the committee to be the top student entering the Master's of Accountancy program. The Educational and Memorial Foundation Scholarship of TSCPA makes scholarships available to TSCPA student members who have completed introductory accounting courses and are planning to sit for the CPA Exam. Applicants must be residents of Tennessee or attending a Tennessee college or university. They must be attending college during the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants are required to submit two letters of recommendation, one must be from an accounting professor from the university the applicant is attending.
