Description

Robert D. Planck was a 1967 initiate of Epsilon-Omicron Chapter, University of Houston. He served on the Foundation Board and numerous committees for the Fraternity. He was a Life Loyal Teke. The Robert D. Planck Scholarship is awarded to an applicant who demonstrates financial need. He must be a member in good standing. Preference will first be given to a member in the state of Texas, but if there is no qualified applicant, the scholarship will be open to any other qualified Teke. All of the TKE Foundation leadership and scholarship awards are for the benefit of active collegiate members of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, as of March 15, as defined by The Black Book Article VI Section 2 unless otherwise specified.
