Ronnie Berg Drummers Scholarship, with an application deadline in March, offers one award in the amount of $1000. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

Established in memory of gifted drummer Ronnie Berg, the Ronnie Berg Drummers Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors and/or students already in college who share Ronnie's enthusiasm for drumming. The scholarship will be awarded to individuals who will be students at any accredited college or university in the United States. Applicants may be graduating high school seniors at any high school or college students currently attending a two- or four-year college or university. Applicants must have a passion for playing the drums. Applicants must submit two current letters of recommendation from teachers or guidance counselors, clergy or persons other than family members who are familiar with the applicant's skills and abilities.
