Description

The Scott Hamilton and Frank Galassi Scholarship honors the memory of Frank Galassi and his life partner of 30 years, Scott Hamilton. The scholarship will be awarded to those enrolled in an approved or accredited program leading to a degree which meets the requirements of Sections 4980.37, 4980.40, and 4980.41 of the Business and professions code; or pursuing an advanced degree or certification beyond the qualifying degree for the license. Applicants must have demonstrated a commitment to serving or working with the LGBTQ+ community; and have demonstrated an intent to work with the LGBTQ+ Community upon licensure. Do not apply for this award if you are completing your degree or certification before April 1, 2026.
