SOT Merit Award, with an application deadline in October, offers numerous awards that vary in amount.

Description

The Merit Award is presented to a member of the Society of Toxicology in recognition of distinguished contributions to toxicology throughout an entire career in areas such as research, teaching, regulatory activities, consulting, and service to the Society. Two letters of nomination from full members of the Society are required. Both letters should provide documentation and description of career highlights for the nominee and their significant contributions to toxicology. Preference will be given to nominees who have not received another SOT Award within the last two years. Please visit the award's website or contact the Society of Toxicology for more information.
