The applicant's school must be in the United States. U.S. citizens attending U.S. government schools outside of the U.S. may apply. Scholarships will be awarded to those students whose work "tells a story." Applicants must submit two videos, with a maximum duration of 3 minutes each, for video submissions. Two letters of reference are also required.
