Vinod and Gail Sahney Scholarship, with an application deadline in December, offers numerous awards that vary in amount.

Description

The Vinod and Gail Sahney Scholarship will be awarded to an ISE student for academic excellence, charitable and community service, extracurricular activities, IISE chapter involvement, and contributions to the development of the industrial and systems engineering profession. Students must be active IISE Student Chapter members. The student's university can be in the U.S. or international. Applicants may be self-nominated or by others. All applicants must be students with a graduation date of May 2026 or later, and enrolled in an industrial engineering program that is accredited by an agency or organization recognized by IISE. Applicants must be first nominated before submitting an application. The nominations open on September 1 and close on November 15. Then, qualified nominees will submit an application package that includes the application form, transcripts (may be unofficial), three letters of recommendation, and other specified criteria due on February 1.
