Applicants must be a student in a concrete-related degree program (civil engineering, structuring engineering, concrete science and technology, concrete industry management, etc.) during the entire award term (Fall 2025 - Spring 2026). To be eligible for a graduate scholarship, applicants must be a student in a master's or PhD program during the entire award cycle.
