The AFCEA Joan Bowden ROTC Scholarship is presented annually to an ROTC student attending a university located in the AFCEA Mid-South Region of the United States: to include, the states of; Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and northwest panhandle of Florida who is a student in the Air Force option. Applicants must submit a transcript which may be an official copy issued by the school Registrar's Office or an unofficial copy verified by the applicant's ROTC unit.
