Description

The Albert G. Richards Graduate Student Research Award is designed to assist postgraduate students in conducting applied research in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. It provides funds for supplies, equipment and other costs such as computer time or shop work. The objective is to encourage research in dental radiology by assisting promising graduate students to further their research goals. The award is available to students enrolled in an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology graduate program at the time of receiving the award. Applicants should be members of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology or should have applied for membership. Funded projects should involve research in some area of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. A letter of recommendation from the OMR residency Program Director is required and must be directly submitted to AAOMR. Please visit the award's website for more information.
