The American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees Local 2067 Scholarship will be awarded to the eligible members of Oregon AFSCME Local 2067 and their children (or stepchildren), grandchildren (or step-grandchildren), spouses, domestic partners, financial dependents, siblings and parents. Qualifying members must have been active in AFSCME Local 2067 for more than one year as of the scholarship deadline. Financial need may or may not be considered, but the filing of FAFSA is required. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. OSAC receives FAFSA records automatically for Oregon residents only. If you are not an Oregon resident, you must upload the Page 1 only of your FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary from your FAFSA) to be considered for this scholarship. February 18 is the Early Bird deadline and March 3 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
