The Campbell University Teaching Scholars Academy is designed to inspire the teacher leaders of the future. Teaching Academy Scholars are awarded $8,500 per year with no "payback" provisions or requirements. Scholars can major in any area of education with teacher licensure. Applicants must have a strong desire to make a difference through teaching. They must submit two letters of recommendation, must have 25 volunteer hours, submit test scores, and participate in an interview.
