The family of Carolyn Lemmond Winchester wishes to honor her commitment to excellence and education by providing scholarship opportunities to students with financial need. The Carolyn Lemmond Winchester Scholarship will provide financial awards for graduating seniors from Brevard or Rosman High Schools in Transylvania County, North Carolina. Applicants must be planning to continue their education at an accredited public university, community college, or trade school. Recipients are selected based on their financial need, academic merit, and potential for success. The scholarship may be used towards any need listed under the school's total cost of attendance.
