Description

The Charles E. Roberts Jr. Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Wallowa County high schools. Prior recipients may apply-compete annually. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
