Description

The Clarke H. Carnes and Joe Ann Carnes Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Baker or North Powder Charter School or Powder Valley High School. Applicants must be students who will enroll as college sophomore or above for the fall term or semester. Preference will be given to applicants with a GPA of 3.00 or higher. Preference will be given to applicants pursuing majors in medical-related fields. Financial need may or may not be considered but filing of FAFSA is still required. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
