David K. Morgan Award, with an application deadline in June, offers one award that varies in amount.

Description

The David K. Morgan Award will be awarded to a student attending Tennessee Technological University and who intends to sit for the CPA exam, with special consideration given to students residing in Davidson or Williamson County. The Educational and Memorial Foundation Scholarship of TSCPA makes scholarships available to TSCPA student members who have completed introductory accounting courses and are planning to sit for the CPA Exam. Both undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply if they meet the eligibility requirements. They must have completed at least 3 semester hours (or equivalent) in accounting by the end of spring 2025. Applicants must be majoring in accounting, finance, or related fields and planning to obtain their CPA designation. They must be attending college during the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants are required to submit two letters of recommendation, one must be from an accounting professor from the university the applicant is attending.
