Description

The David L. Irons Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by the family of David L. Irons, a man who was known for his fairness and sense of justice, his commitment to the community, his sense of humor, and his concern and interest in the legal system. The scholarship is to benefit one deserving Punahou student. The Hawai'i Community Foundation will give preference for recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing. The donor requires the applicants to be a graduate of Punahou School. Preference will also be given to students attending an accredited college or university in the State of Indiana.
