Doerfler Newport High School Scholarship, with an application deadline in March, offers numerous awards that vary in amount. Location restrictions exist. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

The Doerfler Newport High School Scholarship may be awarded to graduating seniors of Newport High School; or graduates of Newport High School who, within the past four years have been either: (1) attending an Oregon college, or (2) have not yet attended college since high school graduation. High school senior applicants must have a GPA of 3.00 or higher; and college student applicants must have a GPA of 2.50 or higher. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
