Eligibility

Dorothy Heagy Scholarship, with an application deadline in March, offers numerous awards that vary in amount. Location restrictions exist. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

The Dorothy Heagy Scholarship will be awarded to graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates, of Coos County high schools. Preference will be given to high school senior applicants with a GPA of 3.00 or higher; and college student applicants with a GPA of 3.00 or higher. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 5 years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
