Description

The Dr. Margaret Y. Oda Scholarship Fund was created in 2019 to support students majoring in education. Preference (in order of priority) will be given to recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing; graduate of Hilo High School; and graduate of Kaiser High School.
