Description

The Frances S. Watanabe Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 1991 in memory of Frances Watanabe, a long time and much loved employee of Dillingham Federal Credit Union. Franny was committed to the maxim of the credit union of people helping people. Preference will be given to recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing. The donor requires applicants to be a current member of HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union. Preference will be given to those who will enroll in a vocational education program.
