Description

The Harold Sawatzky Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Lincoln High School. Applicants must be a staff member of The Cardinal Times. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
