Description

The Herbert M. Kuempel Scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors and prior high school graduates (including GED recipients and home-schooled students), or college undergraduate students. Preference will be given to older, nontraditional students or students who are the first generation in their families to attend college. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
