Joaquim Pereira Memorial Scholarship, with an application deadline in March, offers numerous awards of $1000 each.

Description

The Joaquim Pereira Memorial Scholarship is for students who must have applied to begin classes at a community college, trade school, or four-year college or university. Applicants must be an active youth member in a Youth Council and must be a member of a West Coast Luso Council. Applicants must be currently a high school graduating senior. They must be a member of the Luso-American Fraternal and policy holder in good standing for a minimum of 2 years. Applications may be submitted online, through mail, or in person.
