Description

The Malissa Y. White-Higgins Endowed Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to students who must be in the Department of Mass Communication, majoring in Mass Communication. Special consideration will be given to the applicant's academic performance. Applicants must have an earnest financial need. Extenuating circumstances will be considered. All awards will be subject to the recommendation and approval of the Provost.
