Matador Scholarship Program, with an application deadline in May, offers numerous awards of $8000 each. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

The Matador Scholarship Program is open to students who excel academically and demonstrate financial need. Students must file financial aid applications by the March Priority Deadline. Incoming freshmen, transfer students, and current Northridge undergraduate applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Incoming and current graduate applicants must have a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA. Students must be enrolled with at least 12 units for undergraduate and credential students, and 8 units for graduate students. Applicants must also be pursuing their first bachelor's or master's degree or credential. A copy of a Degree Progress Report if the applicant is a current CSUN student.
