Description

The Michael Cernea Resettlement Fund offers a travel award to a student interested in displacement and resettlement to attend the Society for Applied Anthropology Annual Meeting. This award encourages approaches to resettlement that actively involve displaced populations in the planning and management of resettlement programs, fostering a deeper understanding of the complexities and impacts of resettlement. Applicants must have been enrolled as a student during part of the current year; and must have an accepted paper abstract for the Society for Applied Anthropology Annual Meeting program (poster presentations are not eligible).
