Eligibility

Minton Family Scholarship, with an application deadline in March, offers numerous awards of $500 each. Location restrictions exist. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

The Minton Family Scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from a public high school located in Sabine County, Texas. Eligible public schools include Hemphill High School, West Sabine High School and Brookeland High School. Students may attend any college or university in the United States. Applicants must submit two references, one reference must have had in classroom experience with the applicant. Applicants must also submit a list of extracurricular and community service activities including hours, week, and year involved.
