The Fred W. Beazley Scholarship, with an application deadline in May, offers numerous awards of $300 each.

Description

The Fred W. Beazley Scholarship is awarded to students based on academic merit and residency history. First consideration is given to applicants from the Tidewater region of Virginia who have excellent academic histories and otherwise meet the criteria. However, students with excellent academic histories not from the Tidewater region of Virginia are also encouraged to apply in the event that there are not enough suitable applicants from Tidewater for the award. This scholarship covers 100 percent of tuition costs, plus a book stipend of up to $300 per term. Applicants must be accepted for admission to Regent by the deadline. Applications submitted by prospective students who have not been accepted for admission by the deadline will not be considered. Students must reapply each year. Previous recipients are not guaranteed renewal. Students may visit the scholarship website or contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
