Description

The Universal Weather and Aviation's hybrid aircraft dispatcher course consists of two elements: a self-paced online portion and an eight-day classroom session. This course allows the applicant to complete the majority of the coursework online over a four- to eight-month period. When the online requirements are met and the FAA Airman Knowledge Test is passed, the recipient will spend eight days at the Houston, Texas, training facility to complete the practical portion of his or her training. Applicants must be a current member of Women in Aviation International by October 1, 2024, and their membership must not expire before March 2025. Two professional letters of recommendation are required. Letters may not be from family members.
