Weigand Trust Scholarship, with an application deadline in February, offers numerous awards that vary in amount. Location restrictions exist.

Description

Scholarships will be awarded to students attending the University of Notre Dame Law School, Washburn University School of Law, or the University of Kansas School of Law. Applicants must have been a legal resident of the State of Kansas for at least ten years prior to college graduation. They must have taken the LSAT or GRE. Upperclassman students must be in the top 10 percent of their class to apply. Scholarships are available to students entering their first, second and third year of law school. Undergraduate students may apply as long as they have been a legal Kansas resident for a minimum of ten years. Applicants may submit a written or video personal statement.
