Description

The Kate Rittner Graduate scholarship is awarded to an alumna member of the Beta Phi/Penn State University Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta with post-undergraduate work experience who is returning to school to pursue a Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree during the academic year. If no one qualifies, it will be awarded to an alumna of the Epsilon Lambda/Dickinson College Chapter with the same qualifications. If still no one qualifies, it will go to an alumna member of any chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta with post-undergraduate work experience pursuing a Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree. If there are no eligible law applicants, the scholarship will be awarded to an alumna member with post-undergraduate work experience returning to school for any graduate degree. If still no one qualifies, it will go to any alumna member returning to school for a graduate degree. If no alumnae qualify, it will be awarded to a senior collegian or alumna pursuing a graduate degree. If no applicants meet any of these criteria, the scholarship will be awarded to a collegian or alumna member pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the academic year. To be eligible for Theta Foundation scholarships, you must be a college or alumna member of Kappa Alpha Theta in good standing with the Fraternity.
