Description

The Luther J. Stallings, Jr. and Elizabeth A. Stallings Memorial was established to assist students who are "born-again, pursuing a conscientious relationship with God, through the Lord Jesus Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit." Virginia domiciliary residence is preferred for at least half of the scholarships awarded. There is also an intent to provide at least one of the awards to an international student. The dollar amount of the awards is limited and varies each year depending on the availability of funds. Applicants must be accepted for admission to Regent by the deadline. Applications submitted by prospective students who have not been accepted for admission by the deadline will not be considered. Students must reapply each year.
