Morse Foundation Scholarship, with an application deadline in March, offers numerous awards that vary in amount. Location restrictions exist.

Description

The Morse Foundation provides funding to assist eligible Monterey Peninsula Country Club employees and/or their immediate family members who wish to obtain undergraduate or postgraduate college education, attend a certification course, achieve a professional accreditation, or develop a trade skill in pursuit of personal and professional growth. If the applicant has received the Morse Foundation Scholarship in the past, they must provide a brief update on how their studies are progressing and how this scholarship renewal would help them continue their education. First-time applicants must submit two Letters of Recommendation. The letters should be from an adult who is not a family member and who is familiar with the applicant's academic performance, extracurricular activities, and/or character (e.g. teacher, coach, mentor, employer).
